Roxy is a smart, playful, and loving young dog! She enjoys chasing toys, romping in the yard, showing off her cute tricks, and hanging out with her favorite people. Roxy can be a bit nervous around new people and active, barking dogs. This is likely due to her long, hard past - once an unclaimed stray who was subjected to unknown treatment from the people she encountered, she spent time living outside a trailer, and then time in a home where she was often caught between two squabbling canines. Despite this, she is still eager to find love in the people around her. Once she knows she is safe, she is quick to engage in excited and friendly play such as chasing balls, running around the yard, jumping and barking like the puppy she is, and trying out all sorts of fun tricks to earn some treats. Roxy may be able to be homed with a dog who is friendly and shows no aggression. We would love to help introduce her to your pup if you think they would be a good fit! Roxy will have the support of No Dog Forgotten and their partners while she transitions into her new forever home.
