A SWEET-NATURED PUP: Approx. 6 - 7 months old / Approx. 28 lbs. & growing Hi, my name’s Theodore! I came to Mostly Mutts from animal control, and I am so happy they were able to rescue me. I am getting lots of love and attention here at the shelter and it is now time for me to start my new life with a great family! I can’t wait to meet them! • OTHER DOGS/CATS/KIDS: I haven’t met other dogs at Mostly Mutts yet, so let’s meet! / Cats unknown. / I haven’t met kids yet at Mostly Mutts, so let’s meet and best no toddlers that I may bump over. • PERSONALITY/ENERGY LEVEL: I came in a bit overwhelmed with being in larger spaces, so the volunteers knew just what to do to help me settle in and off to the smaller play yard we went! Once there, my sweet, friendly, and happy disposition emerged. I’m a very playful and loving puppy who is ready to be a great companion! I was a well-mannered boy for my shelter bath, as well as my photo session (check out my pics - I am a handsome guy, by the way). / My energy level is 5 - 7. • SKILLS/CRATE/POTTY: I am a student in the Mostly Mutts University training program, where I am learning lots of great doggie commands with my trainer. ‘Sit’ (I do a great one), ‘down’, ‘stay’, ‘come’ and ‘drop it’ are already a part of my command repertoire, so you can tell I’m a smart boy. I look forward to learning even more. / My crate manners are good at Mostly Mutts. / I've been having just a few accidents on the shelter schedule, so please continue to be consistent with me on a good schedule, so I can fully master my potty skills. • LIKES/DISLIKES: I LOVE to play, and time spent in the play yard with the volunteers makes me a happy guy! I enjoy rewarding the volunteers’ kindness with kisses, too. Toys are always fun, and I’d love a fenced backyard where we can have lots of play sessions together. / Other than getting used to a new environment, I can’t think of any dislikes, though I’m sure I wouldn’t like it if I didn’t get enough love, attention, exercise, and training. • MEDICAL: I'm current on vaccinations, micro-chipped and neutered. I am looking for a loving home with a family that will cherish me for life! My adoption fee is $299.00, and I’m located in Kennesaw, Ga. We welcome you to come meet our adoptable Mutts & Kitties! Please keep in mind the following: Many of our adoptable Mutts & Kitties are in foster homes, so please call 770-272-XXXX to find out if the pet you are interested in is at our facility. With an approved application we can set up meet & greets and adoptions with a pet in foster care. We are not yet up to full ‘staffing’ following the pandemic, so there may be times when we cannot do meet & greets or process an application on the spot. The best first step is to submit an application via www.mostlymutts.org. Our adoption counselors are happy to help make a great match for you and your family!
