Hi. Meet 13 year old CORNBREAD who we think is a pit mix with a Treeing Walker Coonhound. He was dumped on the side of the road and taken to the local shelter where we rescued him. This old guy was in pretty rough shape when he first came to us, but he's been thriving at our kennel is looking for a place to call home. Cornbread is sight-impaired, but he is still alert, VERY affectionate, and likes the company of other mellow dogs. He enjoys car rides, trips to the pet store and loves getting pets from people. If you have a home with a comfy bed and a yard where he can lounge around and enjoy the fresh air, please fill out our application on our website downtowndogrescue.org/adoption-questionnaire to set up a meeting. Cornbread is neutered, microchipped, crate-trained, and current on shots. He weighs about 45lbs. #ddrcornbread
